Job summary

SKM ENGG & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily operations on our construction projects in Singapore. You will direct on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow while enforcing health and safety rules and checking gear compliance.

Duties include inspecting work quality against blueprints and building regulations, managing material logistics, and reporting progress to project managers and stakeholders, addressing unexpected issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and blueprint reading.
• Clear verbal and written communication to guide workers and talk with managers.
• Ability to solve site issues and meet deadlines.
• Education: High school diploma plus a diploma or certification in construction management or civil engineering.
