Job summary

TIANMING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities on the Singapore project, lead operation staff, monitor on-site manpower, and ensure safety and WSHE compliance.

You will manage storage, planning, and coordination with suppliers to keep progress on budget and schedule. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of construction experience in Singapore, proficiency in reading drawings, and

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience in Singapore.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project plans.
• Familiarity with construction methods, planning, materials and equipment.
• Capable of teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
• Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.
• Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site.
• Maintain and manage site storage areas for building materials and equipment.
• Maintain site access throughout the construction period.
• Planning ahead to prevent on-site problems, delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
• Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives.
• Control and monitor work progress and resources.
• Monitor and control material wastage.
• Understand project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings.
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion and good quality of works & carried out safely and WSHE regulations are complied with.
• Ensuring site works are completed with high quality standards and safety requirements throughout the project.
• Attend progress meetings, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and attend site meetings as required.
• Report to the Project Director.
• Overall in charge of site coordination.

• Education: Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 3 year of experience in construction industry in Singapore
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Familiarity with construction methods, planning, materials, and equipment
• Ability to work in a team environment
