Job summary

OUR RECRUITERS LLP is seeking a hands-on Workplace Safety Health Coordinator for a Singapore-based construction project. You will manage site safety, ensure compliance with local laws, and lead safety initiatives across teams to uphold project excellence.

The role requires a Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, valid registration with the national manpower authority, and at least 3 years of safety experience in construction. You will prepare reports and coordinate ISO documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on safety experience in construction.
• Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Valid registration with the national manpower authority.
• Knowledge of local health and safety laws and ISO documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Enforce safety regulations and monitor subcontractors.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings.
• Perform safety audits and generate compliance reports.
• Investigate unsafe acts and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate health and safety policies with management.
• Ensure PPE compliance.
