Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety Coordinator to lead site safety efforts at Pioneer Kian Teck. You will conduct site inspections, enforce PPE and procedures, and ensure compliance with WSH rules.

The role involves organizing safety orientations, toolbox talks, investigating incidents, and maintaining safety records while liaising with authorities. Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, salary up to SGD 3,700 with a transport allowance.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience coordinating safety programs and ensuring compliance.
• Ability to perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Experience delivering safety orientations and toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections, observe work practices, and check compliance with safety rules (PPE, procedures).
• Perform risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Organize and deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and promote safety programs.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and non-compliance; report findings and recommend improvements.
• Liased with Government Safety Authority on safety related issues and factory safety renewals.
• Maintain safety records, prepare reports, and keep up-to-date with WSH regulations.
• Inspect and manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Act as a link between workers, supervisors, and management on safety matters.
