Job summary

Radley James is seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer in Singapore to build and enhance the firm’s trading infrastructure. You will own cloud services, data pipelines, and network layers, focusing on performance and reliability in a fast‑paced environments.

You will join a small team with significant ownership and opportunities to grow, working with bare metal, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD tooling to deliver robust, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in tradfi or crypto infrastructure.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and low-latency network setups.
• Hands-on with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD tooling.

A growing digital assets market maker/prop firm is continuing to expand their business in Singapore and is looking to bring on board a senior SRE to build and improve various parts of their trading infrastructure, including cloud services, data pipelines, and network infrastructure, with particular focus on performance and reliability. You'll be part of a small team with significant ownership and room to grow.

Required skills:

• 5-10 years experience in a tradfi or crypto environment, handling bare metal infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes architecture.
• Experience with Network Infrastructure admin, particularly for ultra-low latency setups.
• Experience with Cloud Services (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, FluxCD, and Github Actions.
• Experience coding in Go/Rust/Python for automation and tooling.
