Ideal candidates will review drawings, obtain quotations, negotiate, and record site instructions while supporting final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Study pre-contract drawings and project files to perform quantity take-offs.
• Source supplier/subcontractor quotations, compile comparison sheets, and assist in negotiations.
• Check stock availability, material lead times, and verify site deliveries.
• Measure and reconcile material quantities and subcontractor progress claims on site.
• Track site instructions, variation works, and advise on cost and time implications.
• Record oral instructions and assist in final account closing.
