Woh Hup Group in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to implement and maintain site quality assurance and control systems in line with project standards. You will lead the QA/QC team, train site personnel in Structural and Architectural trades, and ensure daily assessments with actionable improvements.

The role requires at least 3 years in building or civil engineering, knowledge of BCA requirements, and ISO 9000 QA/QC exposure.

Formación

Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field.
At least 3 years of building and/or civil engineering experience.
Experience in QA/QC and certified auditors advantageous.
Completed at least 1 building project.
Knowledge of BCA, industry norms and contract specifications.
ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems knowledge.

Responsabilidades

Engage the project team to deliver high quality works.
Lead QA/QC team and train the site team on Structural and Architectural trades.
Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvements.
Provide insights for defects and preventive measures.
Prepare monthly management reports.
Conduct internal quality audits.
Compile trade information, test reports and documentation.
Liaise with authorities (i.e. BCA on assessment to achieve target score, LTA on inspections and compliances)
Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.
