BuildBridge Partners Pte Ltd in Singapore invites an experienced QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance across our building projects. You will develop and maintain QA/QC policies and ensure compliance with project specs, drawings, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to management, you will audit, review ITPs and method statements, coordinate with project teams, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience QA/QC in the construction industry, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
• Experience managing quality systems across multiple building projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain the company's QA/QC policies, procedures and systems.
• Oversee quality management across multiple building projects to ensure compliance with specs and drawings.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to assess compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Review project quality plans, ITPs, method statements and other quality docs.
• Monitor NCRs, corrective actions and preventive measures for timely closure.
• Identify recurring quality issues and implement improvements across projects.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to QA/QC personnel and site teams.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings and trends to management.
