Job summary

SHANGHAI TONGZHENG ALUMINIUM STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION&TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a detail-oriented Site QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance for façade and curtain wall projects in Singapore. The role focuses on PQP implementation, technical submissions, and documentation across ISO 9001-compliant processes.

You will coordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractors, manage NCRs and CAPA, and ensure projects meet contractual and regulatory requirements,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in Singapore's building construction industry.
• Experience in façade, curtain wall, cladding or other building envelope projects preferred.
• Familiarity with PQP, ITP, Method Statements, IRF, NCR, RFI and technical submission procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and audits.
• Working knowledge of BCA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance activities for façade and curtain wall projects.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and manage technical submissions and inspection documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and third parties; monitor subcontractor compliance.
• Maintain quality records, reports and close out NCRs with corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing, verification, and compliance with Singapore standards and CONQUAS/BCA requirements.
• Support quality briefings and training for site engineers and subcontractors.
