Job summary

EXPLOMO CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans and specifications. You will monitor progress, coordinate with contractors, and maintain safety and quality standards across multiple sites.

The role requires reading technical drawings, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours is essential for project needs.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience as Site Supervisor or similar construction role.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project documentation.
• Valid safety certifications preferred (if required by local regulations).
• Class 3 License Required.
• Willing to travel to different work sites.
• Willing to work outside normal office hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to meet project plans and specs.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and workmanship.
• Review drawings, plans and technical documents for proper execution.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of resources.
• Prepare progress reports for project management.
• Attend site meetings and communicate updates to relevant parties.
• Verify completed work and ensure adherence to QC procedures.
• Manage workforce allocation and supervise productivity of site personnel.
• Maintain accurate site records including inspections and incidents.
• Support project managers in achieving objectives within budget and timeline.

Key Requirements

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project documentation.
