Job summary

L.S. CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore invites applications for a Site Construction Supervisor to lead the site team and ensure smooth execution of residential works.

You will be responsible for daily site operations, safety compliance, attending meetings, coordinating with customers, and managing procurement and contract changes to keep projects on schedule. Preferred candidates have at least 5 years in residential construction, with HDB project exposure.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in Residential Construction Industry
• Preferrably with HDB Project Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the site construction team to ensure smooth execution of work
• Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule
• Chair WSH committee and attend site meetings
• Ensure customer requirements are attended
• Review and approve plant/material requisition
• Authorize site purchases and rental
• Administer changes to contracts with the contracts department
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental controls at the site
• Implement measures to mitigate unsafe work and prevent recurrence
