Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site work.
• Manage project paperwork and file materials, including documenting projects with photos.
• Supervise and lead workers and subcontractors on site.
• Perform site surveys, produce site drawings, and schedule works.
• Participate in site meetings with clients, subcontractors and suppliers; propose improvements.
• Liaise with client representatives on all site matters.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure on-site construction safety and compliance.
• Handle collection of advance, progress and settlement payments.
• Oversee overall project management, including construction period, cost, progress, quality, safety and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and building regulations.
• Attend tender site show-rounds and tender briefings.
• Ensure HSE, quality and progress at the project site.
