Responsibilities

• Technical oversight: interpret drawings, plans, specs; verify calculations and accuracy; provide site technical advice.
• Site management: set out the site, manage daily activities, supervise labor and subcontractors.
• Quality control: inspect materials/workmanship and document findings.
• Communication and coordination: liaise with clients, architects, engineers, attend meetings.
• Safety compliance: enforce safety regs and mitigate hazards.
• Documentation and reporting: maintain site records, prepare reports and calculations.
