Job summary

DIVAN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a site coordinator to oversee coordination and scheduling of site work and project activities. You will ensure on-time completion while upholding quality and safety standards, and manage documentation and reporting for ongoing projects.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in facilities or construction management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Maintenance, Building Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Studies, or a related field.
• Mi candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
