Job summary

GREATLAND (S) ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a site project lead to plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities on site. You will resolve technical issues, liaise with clients and authorities, and ensure safety and environmental controls are applied across the site.

Responsibilities include coordinating progress with supervisors, maintaining schedules and quality standards, and adapting to night shift duties when required to meet project objectives.

• Lead and manage site projects by planning and coordinating all construction activities to ensure timely and efficient execution
• Monitor and coordinate work progress with supervisors and staff to maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Diagnose and resolve technical and engineering problems to minimize delays and maintain safety
• Assist in planning, programming, and monitoring construction work progress to support project management objectives
• Liaise effectively with client representatives, authorities, and consultants to ensure compliance and smooth communication
• Identify and assess foreseeable workplace risks and implement measures to minimize environmental impact from construction activities
• Implement practical safety measures to eliminate foreseeable risks to personnel at the workplace
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are consistently applied at the worksite
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to undertake night shift duties as required
• Willingness to undertake night shift duty
