Job summary

GREATLAND (S) ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project manager to lead planning, procurement, and field supervision on large-scale construction projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with architects and engineers, manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance, and guide multiple teams from site setup to handover. Night shifts may be required to meet project milestones. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using industry software (such as Procore or Fieldwire).
• Budget & Cost Management: Prepare accurate cost estimates, negotiate vendor contracts, and monitor ongoing expenses to prevent overruns.
• Procurement: Secure necessary building permits, licenses, equipment, and materials from trusted suppliers.
• Team Leadership: Hire subcontractors, assign tasks to site workers, and supervise performance across multiple teams.
• Site Supervision & Safety: Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client updates, progress reports, and design feasibility consultations with architects and engineers.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify project delays, resource shortages, or safety concerns and implement effective corrective measures.
• Night Shift: Willingness to undertake night shift duty.
