Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising site works to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate project planning, documentation, and execution activities on site to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Monitor and supervise project progress, manpower deployment, and materials planning and ordering to optimize resource use.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to resolve project implementation issues and attend site meetings as required.
• Produce weekly site progress reports and prepare submissions for project tracking and compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and attend meetings to ensure work quality and adherence to authority requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with inter-departmental teams, clients, and consultants to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives.
