Job summary

MEGASTEEL PROCESS & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a site coordinator to oversee overall site coordination and manage day-to-day project activities on a Singapore site. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and on-site staff deployment.

You will monitor worker performance, coordinate material planning, and maintain project documentation to ensure timely delivery and cost control. Strong communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in a similar capacity in the industry.
• Able to multi-task and work within tight schedules and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of site coordination.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the project.
• Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site.
• Manage job costing against the work scope.
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.
• Assigns,monitors and controls the daily activities of the staff.
• Monitor and review the performance of assigned personnel to ensure efficiency.
