Job summary

CHIAN JIN ROOFING SYSTEM PTE. LTD. is seeking a site coordinator to attend site meetings, prepare RA/SWP/MOS, take measurements and estimate material requirements. You will also manage material orders, cost checks, and site coordination to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, handling variations, arranging workforce, and submitting progress claims with timely follow-up for payment responses.

• Prepare documents (RA, SWP, MOS, Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, Lifting Plan, etc.)
• Take site measurements.
• Work out materials required.
• Check material cost.
• Order material & arrange for delivery.
• Site coordination & arrangement.
• Identify and quote for work variations.
• Workforce arrangement.
• Progress record.
• Submit progress claim.
• Follow up for progress claim for payment response.
