Job summary

FENGSHENG AIR-CONDITIONING ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site coordinator to study tender and construction drawings, ensure compliance with documents, and coordinate site activities with consultants, clients and sub-contractors.

The role involves inspecting works against project drawings and authorities’ approvals, with emphasis on safety, cost, and deadlines. The candidate will liaise across trades, manage document control, and supervise progress, with potential long working hours

Responsibilities

• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements, with other trades such as architectural & M&E works with BQ Tender and AutoCAD Knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with objectives and tender documents. Ensure the reliability of outside contractors. Meet objectives (cost, quality, deadlines).
• To ensure all documents are submitted with proper transmittal and all documents are properly recorded and filed by the Document Controller.
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
• Liaise with consultants, client & main/sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement and work progress supervision
• Planning for workers schedule, control the cost, implementation and developing for Safety, Health and environmental for the projects.
• Willing to work Construction project may be Long Hrs.
