Job summary

Hongze Contruction Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee planning, engineering and technical submissions on construction sites in Singapore. You will supervise site activities, ensure adherence to approved procedures, and manage documentation such as shop drawings and MOS.

The role requires a Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant site experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and coordination with teams.
Familiar with Singapore building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

Manage project planning, engineering and technical matters, authority submissions, and overall site coordination.
Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, contractual specs and safety.
Prepare, review and submit shop drawings, MOS, and other technical documentation.
Coordinate engineering and technical issues on site and implement effective solutions.
Monitor progress and schedules to align with master programmes and detailed plans.
Maintain accurate project records, including submissions, site docs, progress reports and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, consultants, authorities and end users to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.
