Job summary

D & D INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to manage construction sites, supervise a team, and coordinate daily operations. You will liaise with maincon and clients, oversee safety programs, and contribute to project delivery.

The role requires visiting various site locations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring on-time project completion with compliance to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction/site crews.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to liaise with maincon and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 20 workers.
• Arrange daily schedule of workers and transport.
• Liaise with maincon for all site related matters.
• Oversee safety related matters.
• Collaborate with management for obtaining new projects.
• Create good relationships with clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and smoothly.
• Handle complaints from maincon/clients.
• Able to work outside office and visit site locations.
• Must have BCSS/Safety related certs/Lifting supervisor cert.
