Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil & Structural Eng or related field.
• Experience considered in lieu of qualification is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project works (R&R / A&A) with sub-contractors.
• Plan and discuss execution with sub-contractors.
• Supervise works and oversee workers, sub-contractors and vendors.
• Execute works per drawings/specifications.
• Resolve client/residents' complaints/ feedback.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and vendors on project matters.
• Attend site meetings and track progress; submit progress reports.
• Coordinate project handover to clients.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments and supervise project works.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations; assist ISO45001 implementation.
