Job summary

BRB CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a Construction Supervisor in Singapore to assist the Project Manager in planning, managing, and ensuring projects run from inception to completion on schedule.

The role requires coordinating with clients, subcontractors and workers to keep works on track and meet quality standards. You will report on progress and quality, and ensure safety compliances are followed by all workers.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• BCSS certificate holder preferred.
• Independent, analytical, meticulous, organized and positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor projects from inception to completion on time.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and complete on time.
• Report the progress and quality of the overall project.
• Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers.
• Coordinate and supervise to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule.
