Job summary

V Creator is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor for construction sites in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, supervise subcontractors, ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards, and coordinate material requisitions to keep the construction programme on track.

You will lead safety initiatives, conduct regular inspections, and report to the Project Director while maintaining productive relationships with clients, design teams, neighbours, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related construction supervisor experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with result-oriented approach.
• Experience with cost control on projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and supervise subcontractors.
• Ensure work meets specifications and quality standards via inspections.
• Ensure timely material requisitions to meet the construction programme.
• Schedule and monitor plant and materials weekly to keep to programme.
• Enforce safety measures and implement the work safety programme.
• Report to Project Director and assist as Temporary Works Co-ordinator when required.
• Liaise with subcontractor managers, project managers, site managers, and surveyors on cost control and variations.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, design teams, neighbours and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate site workers between locations.
