Job summary

EXCEL M&E ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to support construction and interior fit-out projects.

You will coordinate permits to work, manage scheduling of manpower, and liaise with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations. You’ll also verify workers’ claims and receipts, handle purchase orders and invoices, and assist project managers with daily administrative tasks to enhance project execution and communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of admin or project coordination experience.
• Familiar with construction, renovation, M&E or interior fit-out processes and site procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and interior fit-out projects by coordinating permits and scheduling manpower.
• Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to facilitate operations.
• Verify and consolidate workers' claims, expenses and receipts for accounts submission.
• Manage purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and admin documentation.
• Assist project managers with daily operations and communication.
