Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Installation/Logistics helper to assist with machine movement, crating and unloading of goods. You will support troubleshooting, ensure safety practices, and coordinate between clients and vendors for cargo inspection and move-in.

The role requires diploma or higher, basic computer literacy (Excel/Word), and the ability to work in outdoor environments and cleanrooms. Strong coordination and independent problem-solving are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or above is an advantage.
• Knowledge of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience working in loading areas and cleanrooms.
• Able to work in outdoor environments.
• Able to communicate and coordinate within team members and clients.
• Good problem solver and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in machine moving, crating and uncrating of wooden crates, Loading and unloading of goods.
• Assist in troubleshooting and improving processes when required.
• Take care of site safety and follow safe work practices.
• Coordinate between client and vendor for cargo inspection / witness of uncrating and move-in.
• Assist Installation Team to carry out mechanical installation jobs.
• Handle daily supporting documents and submit to relevant personnel to upload into in-house system.
• Coordinate with relevant departments/teams to ensure smooth completion of work.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
