• Monitor staff performance and report operational issues.
• Handle documentation: contracts, reports, checklists, invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers for cleaning materials and equipment.
• Assist in payroll inputs (timesheets, overtime, leave records).
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
• Provide general admin support to operations team.
