Job summary

Fresh Cleaning Facilities Management Pte Ltd seeks a Cleaning Operation Executive to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites in Singapore. You will deploy cleaners, coordinate rosters, and conduct site inspections to maintain high cleaning standards.

The role requires hands-on management, strong communication, and the ability to handle weekend/public-holiday coverage. English is required; Mandarin or Malay is a plus for liaising with workers.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational level: GCE 'N'/ 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, cleaning, facilities or manpower coordination.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple sites.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English; Mandarin or Malay is an advantage for liaising with workers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.
• Arrange and deploy cleaners, team leaders, and supervisors to worksites.
• Prepare duty rosters, work schedules and manpower planning.
• Source and arrange replacement staff in case of absenteeism or manpower shortage.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Follow up on complaints, feedback and service issues from customers.
• Liaise with clients regarding cleaning schedules, site requirements and operational matters.
• Ensure cleaners follow SOPs, safety procedures and site requirements.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and work performance of cleaners.
• Train and guide new cleaners and team leaders on proper cleaning methods and site expectations.
• Prepare incident reports, site reports, warning letters and other operational documentation when necessary.
• Coordinate delivery of cleaning chemicals, consumables, machinery and uniforms to sites.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies at worksites.
• Work with HR/management on staff issues and recruitment needs.
• Ensure worksites are staffed during weekends, public holidays and festive periods.
• Respond promptly to urgent operational issues, emergencies and last-minute changes.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and workers.
