Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit and deploy workers/supervisors for existing and new sites.
• Manage manpower on site to ensure delivery of daily operations.
• Plan and schedule rosters based on available manpower.
• Resolve operational ground issues as they arise and handle client complaints.
• Support coaching and guidance of direct reports on work-related issues.
• Ensure high performance as per contract requirements.
• Conduct inspections to monitor staff performance and take corrective action.
