Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in manpower management.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work 6 days including public holidays and last-minute shifts.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and deploy workers/supervisors for existing and new sites.
• Effectively instruct and manage manpower on site to ensure daily operations.
• Plan and schedule rosters based on available manpower.
• Take charge and resolve operational ground issues as needed.
• Handle clients' complaints and attend to emergency calls.
• Coaching and guiding direct reports on work-related issues.
• Ensure a high standard of performance as per contract requirements.
• Conduct inspections to monitor staff performance and take corrective actions.
• Assist with any additional duties on site.
