Persol Outsourcing Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee ground operations at our Tuas site.

You will manage staff deployment, run manpower operations, and handle enquiries while ensuring safety, security, and adherence to guidelines. The role demands a Diploma with 5+ years of supervisory experience and a strong, detail‑oriented mindset. Ideal candidates work well in a team, maintain confidentiality, and can multitask under high workloads.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ground operations at site including staff deployment and manpower operations.
• Manages operational matters to minimize disruptions and ensure safety and compliance.
• Verifies reports and documents; ensures accuracy of refunds and submissions.
• Audits SOPs for compliance and updates as required.
• Manages daily cash operations and cash reconciliation.
• Fulfills ad-hoc duties as assigned.
