Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Coordinator in Singapore to support the Head of Operations with daily activities and project coordination at the Tuas location. You will manage site logistics, safety, and reporting across projects.

Your role involves site surveys, method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans, and coordinating manpower, equipment, and transport, while ensuring compliance with client requirements and ISO/government standards.

Qualifications

• NITEC and/or Diploma in M&E/Civil/Construction or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of experience in site coordination or related role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Operations in daily activities and project coordination.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical documents (method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans, etc.).
• Arrange manpower, equipment, and transport for site works.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, shifting, and dismantling of construction equipment.
• Perform regular site inspections and ensure work meets client requirements and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit reports, checklists, and documentation to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with engineers on drawings, testing, and certification submissions.
• Conduct user training, safety briefings, and support safety campaigns.
• Investigate incidents and prepare incident reports.
• Support the training, productivity, and well-being of assigned site teams.
• Track equipment inventory and ensure proper usage and return.
• Use ERP system to manage tasks and generate reports.
• Maintain records for audits and ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and government regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned
