Job summary

BUILDERS ALLIANCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Manager for Building & Structural Steel in Singapore. You will oversee daily site operations for building construction and structural steel works, coordinating erection, installation, alignment and connections.

The role requires reading architectural, structural and shop drawings, planning schedules, supervising subcontractors and ensuring safety and quality on site with regular progress updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site operations for building construction and structural steel works.
• Coordinate structural steel erection, installation, alignment and connections, and related building works.
• Supervise subcontractors, workers and suppliers to ensure works follow the approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural and shop drawings.
• Plan and monitor work schedules, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor work progress, quality and site safety.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Identify and resolve site technical and coordination issues.
