Job summary

MAXBOND Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Waterproofing Manager to lead waterproofing projects across roofs, basements and wet areas. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to deliver quality workmanship.

Candidates should have a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 5–10 years of waterproofing/ construction chemicals experience, and hands-on knowledge of membrane systems, PU coatings, and brands such as Sika

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years’ experience in waterproofing or construction chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of membrane systems, PU coatings, cementitious systems, and injection grouting.
• Experience with Sika, Mapei or similar brands.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Available to start immediately or at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee waterproofing works (roofs, basements, wet areas, podium decks, water tanks, etc.)
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and applicators
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and clients
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and method statements
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and material usage
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare progress reports, claims, and variation orders
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to regulations

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 5–10 years’ experience in waterproofing or construction chemicals industry
• Strong knowledge of membrane systems, PU coatings, cementitious systems, and injection grouting
• Experience working with systems from brands such as Sika, Mapei, or similar
