• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers based on project needs and individual skills.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to improve efficiency and performance.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth collaboration among team members and contractors.
• Ensure all work adheres to construction plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Monitor the use of tools, materials, and equipment to minimize waste and ensure proper handling.
• Address issues or defects immediately to maintain the quality of construction.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Conduct safety briefings and regular audits to mitigate risks on the construction site.
• Investigate and report any incidents or near-misses to management.
• Act as the primary point of contact between workers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to management regularly.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify and resolve any on-site challenges that may impact project timelines or budgets.
• Adapt plans and schedules as necessary to accommodate unforeseen delays or issues.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs and inventory usage.
• Submit reports on project progress, worker performance, and any deviations from plans.
