Job summary

NB Development is seeking a Site Manager to lead cross-functional construction teams on complex projects in Singapore. You will ensure schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and trades, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track and within scope. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Proven ability to deliver construction projects on time and within budget.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
