Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced on-site Construction Manager in Singapore to lead civil and structural works.

You will supervise activities, coordinate with client representatives, review drawings and specifications, manage a team and ensure quality and safety on site while delivering the work plan under the Project Manager. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 8 years of working experience.
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff.
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements.
