You will supervise installers and workers during site delivery, assembly and installation; plan daily assignments and coordinate schedules with the factory, drivers and project team; check site measurements, drawings and materials; monitor workmanship and resolve issues on site.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in furniture installation, carpentry, renovation or interior fit-out work.
• Able to read drawings, take measurements and coordinate work on site.
• Good communication, problem-solving and team supervision skills.
• Able to travel between project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installers and workers during site delivery, assembly and installation.
• Plan daily assignments and coordinate schedules with the factory, drivers and project team.
• Check site measurements, drawings, materials and work requirements before installation.
• Monitor workmanship and progress, and resolve issues that arise on site.
• Conduct quality checks and arrange rectification of defects.
• Keep records of work progress and report updates to management.
• Ensure workers follow site rules and safe work procedures.
