ZHONG YI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee carpentry and interior renovation projects on site in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating with main contractors and internal teams, ensuring quality and safety, and guiding workers through daily site activities from planning to handover. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of site supervision or project coordination experience, strong knowledge of custom furniture and wood installation, and good communication

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of site supervision or project coordination experience in carpentry, solid wood works, or interior renovation projects.

Responsibilities

Arrange daily transport and attendance of site workers.
Supervise and ensure quality control at project sites per drawings, specs, and standards.
Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and management on daily planning, manpower, and progress.
Understand end-to-end workflow of custom carpentry and full-house renovation projects (measurement, fabrication, installation, adjustment, handover).
Monitor schedules and progress; identify issues and provide corrective actions promptly.
Lead and guide site teams to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress and quality reports to management.
