Job summary

WEIDA DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to support on-site project management and supervision in Singapore. You will assist the Project Manager in day-to-day operations, supervise workers, and help resolve disputes to maintain progress and safety.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines, with a minimum of five years' experience. Weekend work (6 days) and overtime are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction foreman.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Supervise all construction workers and resolve disputes between workers when required.
• Carry out inspections of workers' PPE and safety gear to adhere to safety policies.
