Job summary

WW Integrated Construction Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Construction Site Supervisor to coordinate daily site activities and manpower deployment. You will monitor progress, manage attendance and timesheets, and liaise with project managers and contractors.

The role requires outdoor work on construction sites, the ability to work shifts including Sundays/Public Holidays, and basic Excel and documentation skills to prepare progress claims and reports.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction/site supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic Excel, documentation and reporting skills required.
• Able to work outdoors under the sun and in construction site conditions.
• Able to work shifts, Sundays and Public Holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities and manpower deployment.
• Monitor work progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule and site requirements.
• Update daily manpower, attendance, timesheets and project records.
• Prepare and assist with manpower/progress claims and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, main contractors, subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and hot-work procedures.
• Able to work outdoors under the sun and in construction site conditions.
• Able to work shifts, Sundays and Public Holidays when required.
• Relevant construction/site supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic Excel, documentation and reporting skills required.
• Responsible, independent and possess good communication and coordination skills.
