Qualifications

• Experience supervising building trades.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work schedules and sequence operations to match project progress.
• Estimate worker needs, assign tasks, order materials, and track work logs.
• Direct core construction crews and lead coordination meetings with managers and subcontractors.
• Resolve technical problems and fix communication gaps among team members quickly.
• Enforce safety and government regulations on-site and maintain high workmanship quality.
