Unify Recruitment is seeking a Site Foreman / Site Supervisor in Singapore to assist the Engineering team in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers on site. The role ensures works meet specifications, quality, and safety requirements, with emphasis on drawing review and method planning.

You will liaise with subcontractors on methods and sequencing, monitor progress and quality, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to keep projects on schedule.

Aufgaben

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
• Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Coordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
• Supervision of Subcontractors work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
