Job summary

TRACE DESIGN + BUILD PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction progress on our projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with project directors, architects, and authorities on site matters, and ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules.

You will lead a team of workers, monitor safety and housekeeping, review technical drawings for discrepancies, and liaise with subcontractors to maintain quality and on-time delivery. Driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• BCSS Certificate is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical architectural drawings.
• Strong supervisory skills and positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress; coordinate with architects and authorities.
• Liaise with QS to monitor work schedules and claims or variations orders.
• Lead and supervise a team of workers on site.
• Study technical drawings and highlight discrepancies with resolutions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors based on shop drawings and project schedule.
• Provide reports and activity updates to management.
• Identify and resolve workplace problems with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and maintain housekeeping.
