GREATLAND (S) ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Project Lead to plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities, ensuring timely progress and safety compliance.

The role involves collaboration with clients, authorities, and consultants while minimizing environmental risks and enforcing safe work procedures. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and coordinate schedules to maintain project continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction site projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and environmental controls.
• Ability to liaise with clients, authorities and consultants to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site projects by planning and coordinating all construction activities to achieve project milestones
• Monitor and coordinate work progress with supervisors and staff to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
• Diagnose and resolve technical and engineering issues to maintain project continuity and safety
• Assist in planning, programming, and tracking construction work progress for effective project management
• Liaise with client representatives, relevant authorities, and consultants to ensure compliance and smooth communication
• Identify and assess foreseeable workplace risks to minimize environmental impact related to construction activities
• Implement practical measures to eliminate foreseeable risks to personnel at the workplace
• Enforce safe work procedures and environmental control measures at the construction site
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to undertake night shift duties as required
