Job summary

JOB LIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality.

You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth site operations while complying with regulations and company standards. The role involves reviewing drawings, preparing progress reports, and providing technical support to site teams.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
Min 2 years of working experience on construction sites.
Able to review drawings and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Review construction drawings and provide technical support to site teams.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and material records.
Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and manpower allocation.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental requirements, and safety standards.
Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.
