Job summary

GRAND ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Site Coordinator to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with project managers, engineers, main contractors and workers, and ensure progress according to the project schedule.

You will monitor attendance, deployment, productivity, and daily work activities while ensuring compliance with safety requirements, site rules, and regulations. Assist with manpower planning, material deliveries, and site documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience, with about three (3) years in managing projects of similar size and complexity.
• Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering degree holder

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily construction site activities to ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, main contractors / subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to coordinate site operations.
• Monitor workers' attendance, deployment, productivity, and daily work activities.
• Ensure workers comply with company procedures, site rules, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Assist with manpower planning, worker deployment, and accommodation or transportation arrangements where required.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and tools to the worksite.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of materials, tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report any operational, safety, or work-related issues to the Project Manager.
• Maintain proper site records, including daily reports, attendance records, work progress, delivery records, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager in resolving day today site issues and coordinating corrective actions.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Support project administration and other operational duties as assigned by management
