Job summary

TRUSSCO PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable professional to lead construction site operations, overseeing schedules, budget, and quality to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate manpower, plan materials, and use AutoCAD 2D and MS Office to support planning and reporting, while demonstrating autonomy and strong communication with site teams.

You will manage resources, monitor progress, and strive for continuous productivity improvements on challenging construction

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or related qualification.
• Proficient command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain site control systems to monitor and ensure work schedules, costs, and labor resources align with budgetary targets.
• Plan and manage assigned construction projects to achieve timely completion with superior quality outcomes.
• Organize and coordinate manpower deployment and delivery schedules to optimize site productivity.
• Plan and manage materials and resource allocation to reduce waste and minimize float time on site.
• Utilize AutoCAD 2D drawings and MS Office tools to support project planning and documentation.
• Apply analytical and operational skills to identify and resolve site challenges, enhancing overall project efficiency.
• Lead and communicate effectively with site teams to foster collaboration and maintain high performance standards.
• Demonstrate autonomy, reliability, and a target-oriented approach to meet project goals and deadlines.
