Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator for construction projects at Gul Drive, Client Site. The role involves coordinating daily site activities, overseeing equipment installation and dismantling, and ensuring safety and compliance across operations.

Travel between client sites is required, leveraging a Class 3 license and own vehicle. Reading architectural/structural drawings is an added advantage for this position.

Qualifications

• Class 3 driving license and own vehicle required due to travel between client sites.
• Ability to read architectural/structural drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction site operations, including installation, maintenance and dismantling of equipment.
• Assist the Department Manager in supervising and coordinating teams of supervisors and workers.
• Coordinate manpower, logistics, equipment and operational arrangements to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with clients, project personnel and internal teams to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures, company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
• Monitor work progress and assist in resolving operational issues on-site.
• Perform other operational and project-related duties as assigned.
